Represented man who was stopped and Government found approximately $7 Million of heroin in a fake truck battery. We were able to have the case dismissed due to improper preservation of evidence.

I represented (and continue to represent) the Family of Judge Vincent and Margaret Sherry, who were shot and killed execution style in their home. This led to four Federal Trials and the former Mayor o ... f Biloxi being convicted in connection with the murder of the Sherry's. There was a book written about the case entitled, "Mississippi Mud".
