Hired her for my daughter because I heard she was the best ! Took almost 2 years for her to get the divorce and she got nothing what a joke!!! She talks a good talk but that’s it! She won’t return calls or emails your left wondering what’s going on’! Look else where she might of been good at one time... but she isn’t any more! My niece had the same problems with her ! Find someone else they would have to be better then her! Good Luck

Yes she isn’t cheap but neither is the work she does! I’m still in the process of my court procedures but Shelia like was a bull in a china shop! And she doesn’t mess around ! She the best you can get in Logan county for divorce and custody cases. I’ve known Shelia for years outside of her being my l...awyer but then I hired her 6 months ago and she was firce and level headed not only did she know her law but she got me in touch with a gaurdian in litem who also is wonderful without these two women I wouldn’t slee as well as I do at night! My childeren are at home I’m there beds sleeping in there home becuase of what these women did for me I can’t thank any of them enough !!! If you want your moneys worth go with Shelia she will take care of you !

Sheila is very personable and sympathetic. That being said, she knows the court system and will not sugar coat things for you. She tells it like it is! My husband consulted with many attorneys in a child custody case and none of them seemed optimistic about a man getting a fair outcome in the court s...ystem- which is often true. Sheila took the case and was very positive about the possible outcome and fought for his rights. He ended up being made residential parent and pays no child support. She was fantastic and was there every step of the way. She also didn't make frivolous charges- her pricing is very fair for the work she does. This isn't always true with other attorneys. I later hired her when I had issues with my ex and my teenage daughters. She was very helpful and I was pleased with the outcome. I have recommended her to anyone who needs an attorney for a family law issue and will continue to do so.

Sheila is very intelligent, very knowledgeable & very sharp!! I had the worst possible case for a divorce and she stuck by my side and fought tooth and nail for me and my daughter when I believe most lawyers would have quit. I can't say enough good about her. She is very thorough, she won't be push...ed around by other attorneys and she works extremely hard at resolving cases in an effort to avoid the costly trial in the end. I'm not sure who wrote the first review about her and gave her only one star, but I'm guessing they were not an actual client of hers. I know many, many people that she has represented in this area and there is not one person that was dissatisfied with her. Trust me, you want Sheila beside you in court, not across from you!!
