Did not show up to my first court appearance and left me without Council. Then when I was trying to explain what happened he did not want to hear it. He told me he sent my paperwork in the mail that was never sent. Said he sent it to the wrong address. Then after I told him the address I still never ...received the court mail. For someone doing this job for nearly three decades I guess I just expected too much out of mr.dosoma. I understand most public defenders just want to get on to the next one, prosecution is worried about their conviction rate but I don't feel like he had my best interest at mind. If he did he wouldn't have lied to me. made the executive decision to take my case to trial blindly. I asked him to do three things and he did none of them.
