Larry Heiser got me for over $1,000.00. From the very beginning he knew that Marion, OH did not have venue for a child parenting time case that my son’s father filed. To fight this motion, me of all people, improperly gave Marion jurisdiction at Larry Heiser’s advice, so that he can receive my $750.0...0 retainer. My son’s dirt bike had to be sold. My son and I live 2 ½ hours away in Jackson Co. where proper jurisdiction belongs. After Mr. Heiser got my payments he continually worked against me instead of for me. That is what got me engaged in researching jurisdiction laws. I discovered the discrepancy out for myself and fired Heiser and hired Renee Potts. I gave her $500 to file appropriate dismissals in Marion courts. It has been a year of hell for me and my son. I have contacted the State Bar and plan to pursue action to the fullest against Mr. Larry Heiser.
