Mr. Kettlewell represented me when a former employer filed a grievance I believed to be retaliatory in nature. Charles effectively and efficiently responded to a letter of inquiry that I received from the Ohio Supreme Court Disciplinary Counsel regarding an IOLTA banking error. His response led to a prompt dismissal of the case. Charles saved me the time (and hassle) of responding to the OSC-DC, in turn, allo...wing me to focus on my own clients' matters.
