Physical presence shouldn't be that difficult; do you mean continuous residence? That can be proven by your lease, bills, hospital or doctor...

I'm not licensed in PA. But, to my knowledge, there is no waiting period to remarry after you obtain a divorce in Pennsylvania.

No. Your child needs a separate petition. The consulate will not likely give any sort of visa to the child to wait in the US while the petition is...

You have to start exactly where attorneys start: read the instructions very carefully. Residence is different than short trips.
