Zachary Alan Moyer

Attorney Zachary Moyer is an experienced Ohio-based attorney focused on criminal defense, family law, and juvenile matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 2014 and was admitted to the Ohio bar the same year. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Capital University in 2007, earning a double major in Criminology and Sociology with a minor in Political Science. Mr. Moyer began his legal career as a Law Clerk with the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office in the Juvenile Division, gaining firsthand experience in youth advocacy. He went on to practice at Brehm and Associates, LPA for three years before joining Riddell Aimar & Brehm, LLC in 2017. His practice includes defending clients against DUI/OVI charges, drug offenses, probation violations, and domestic violence allegations. He also represents clients in divorce, custody disputes, legal separations, and step-parent adoptions, and regularly serves as Guardian ad Litem in juvenile court. Known for his practical approach and strong client advocacy, Mr. Moyer is dedicated to guiding clients through difficult legal challenges with integrity and focus.
