While a student at UD, she completed her externship at Bradley & Associates, an immigration law firm in Dayton, Ohio, and she partook in the UD immigration law clinic. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the American University of Paris with a major in International and Comparative Politics and a minor in International Law. She speaks Russian and Spanish fluently.
