Fatin Askar

Ms. Askar was a phenomenal immigration lawyer. After dealing with organizations and lawyers that were constantly having with issues with my case or took unnecessary time, Ms. Askar simplified the whole process for me. She was very responsive and helpful. Wether it was at the beginning of my case,... the middle, or at the end, she was ready to answer any questions I had. Definitely suggest her as a lawyer.

This was my first attorney I’ve ever even met. My husband and I really got very lucky we found her. Her prices are excellent! Every case is different but for us we were only going for a consultation and decided to hire right then. She gave us a list of everything we would need to get together, and wh...at the total cost would be. We did everything she ask and she got us right back in to sign the paperwork to be sent. She filed for my husbands green card in April and by August we had our interview with immigration. Which I was very nervous about and Fatin made me feel so much more confident. A little over a week went by and we received his accepted letter and two days after that his green card arrived in the mail. The entire process went smooth and fast. Once she started on our case she was on top of it. Anytime during your process you contact her she gets right back with you. I could say so much more positive things but I think I covered the important things. She cares, she is quick, she doesn’t push anything to the side, she will stay in contact with you, and she will do her best to win for you. If you are looking for an immigration attorney go with her you won’t be disappointed.

we first got recommend to Fatin about 5 years ago. When we came in we had zero idea of what we were doing, but knew exactly what we wanted she then informed us about the ENTIRE process and about her and how she works. She basically made everything very easy for us. Gave us choices not an specific rou...te she wanted us to take like others tend to do. Even while my husband was in Mexico for his appointment I was able to contact her with questions and she’ll have a straight answer (which helped a lot). Not once did she lie about something just to get money of off it. She does excellent work and is very professional. Fatin knows that maybe 90% of the people that come to her have very little to no knowledge about immigrations and the process and steps to take. So she is very informative and gives teaches you along the way. Also Ana is amazing she speaks Spanish. I loved having dealing with her because at the time my husband Spoke very little English. So now my husband has his green card and will become a US citizen in the near future.

We needed a lawyer to help us prepare and to send in our application for my husband’s work permit and his green card,she was referred to us by a close friend of mine who had nothing but positive things to say about Fatin.
