I applied for an H1-B with Noure Alo and the entire process went smoothly. My case was not urgent and so they did not file the application right after I sent them my paper work. That's fine, but when they eventually got around to filing my application they asked me to resend the documents. They were ...also very slow to respond to related immigration issues.
