Tracy Allen Younkin

Tracy A. Younkin graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.  He also received a Minor Certificate in Microbiology.  While attending Capital University Law School, Tracy Younkin was a member of the Capital University Law Review and worked for the law firm of Evans, St. Claire & Bainter, LLC.  Most of his work was in the areas of Domestic Relations and Probate Law.  

After obtaining his law license in 1994, Mr. Younkin became a partner in the firm of AuCoin, Hetterscheidt and Younkin, LLC and focused his practice on trial litigation.  Mr. Younkin has extensive trial experience in Federal, State and Local Courts across the State of Ohio, acting as attorney of record in more than 80 of Ohio's 88 counties in the areas of Domestic Relations, Criminal Defense, Probate Law and Business Litigation.  From 1999 to 2014, Mr. Younkin also co-owned and operated Step 1 Title Agency.

For most of his career, Mr. Younkin has concentrated his practice on the area of Domestic Relations, including divorce, dissolution and child custody.  In January of 2016, he joined the very well respected firm of Grossman Law Offices, which handles family law cases across the state of Ohio.
