Our commercial practice focuses on commercial lending involving the initiation of secured business and financial lending and the restructuring and collection of commercial debts. We also work with clients in all areas of contracting and agreements relating to business transactions, real property transactions and in ongoing business relationships.

Our practice includes litigating cases either separately or as a complement to our other practices.

We assist clients in all manners of commercial and residential real property transactions. Our commercial and creditor experience allows us to provide unique insight with regard to secured real property transactions.

We help our clients choose the right business entity and corporation structure whether they are starting a new business, incorporating an ongoing enterprise, restructuring an existing business or entering into a merger, consolidation or a break-up or dissolution.
