Rachel Buchanan Caldwell

Rachel is EXTREMELY INEXPERIENCED. At the time she convinced me to hire her because I couldn't afford representation and she didn't want me to be without legal counsel/representation. I later learned I was better off representing myself. I did ALL of the footwork for her, so that all she had to do wa...s execute and she couldn't even do that! We would have numerous conversations and game-plans in place and then she would go in front of the magistrate and do the exact opposite than what we discussed (of course I was waiting in the mediation room unaware what was taking place at the time). She refused to use any of the documentation and work I prepared for her to use in court. On the final hearing we were in disagreement on several matters because it became evident that she had not been doing her job and she was yelling back and forth with me so loud that someone from outside the mediation room came in to let us know they could hear us. She's very unprofessional! I wasted so much time and money with Rachel. Before, during and after the case I was in COMPLETE DISTRESS dealing with her. Essentially, I paid her to go in court and do nothing, but play nice to make herself look good to everyone but the person she was suppose to be there to represent. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time hiring this disgraceful attorney. If there's no way to represent yourself and you cant afford legal counsel look into legal aid or capital law school. If you can afford legal counsel please continue to do thorough research before hiring an attorney. Best Wishes!!!
