Peter Jerome Gibson

Peter J Gibson was born in Columbus. Peter
attended the Pennsylvania State University
receiving a degree in Political Science in
1987. He proceeded to Capital University Law
School where he received his Juris Doctor
in 1991. While at Capital he interned at The
Supreme Court of Ohio. In addition, he was a
member of the Order of the Curia, a National
Honorary Legal Fraternity based upon academic
standing.

 

Peter has twenty-four(24) years of experience
representing injured workers before the Ohio
Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Industrial
Commission of Ohio. In addition, he
has represented injured workers before the
Court of Common Pleas of various Ohio counties,
the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court
of Ohio. Peter also provides counsel and representation
for applicants for social security
disability before the Social Security Administration.

 

Professional Background

Peter was admitted to the Ohio Bar and United States District Court
for the Southern District of Ohio in 1992. Peter joined the Law Office of
Ronald J. Koltak as a Law Clerk in 1990. He was named an Associate of
the firm in 1992. He was named a Partner in the law firm of Koltak &
Gibson LLP in 1997.
