Justin Michael Dortch

Justin has participated in all manner of litigation including: (1) business disputes; (2) personal injury; (3) bankruptcy litigation; (4) evictions; (5) administrative hearings; and (6) property disputes. He has performed these cases in municipal courts, courts of common pleas, administrative hearings, and federal court.

Justin has represented: (1) natural gas utility companies; (2) natural gas pipeline companies; (3) electric CRES providers; (4) electric generation suppliers. Justin has represented these companies in: (1) administrative hearings; (2) rate cases; (3) rule making process; and (4) settlement negotiations with other utilities, OCC, and PUCO Staff.

Justin has represented: (1) natural gas utility companies; and (2) natural gas pipeline companies. Justin has represented these companies in: (1) administrative hearings; (2) rate cases; and (3) settlement negotiations with other utilities, OCC, and PUCO Staff.

Justin has begun detailed research into Ohio's new Medical Marijuana field. He has assisted individuals who are interested in obtaining licenses for cultivation and dispensaries.
