I had the opportunity to work with Julie, Ken and paralegal Trista. I was treated with respect and dignity from consultation to ALJ hearing. Any questions I had were promptly and professionally answered. I had complete confidence Mrs. Hall was on top of my case at all times and worked hard to examine... all medical details, which there was many. This was confirmed at the hearing level as my only responsibility was to answer the judges questions and the attorney articulated my medical summary and presented only the relevant evidence that supported my disability. It was clear many hours had been spent representing their clients and there was a relaxed, yet professional rapport with the judge. Please note the application and claims process is very detailed and generally confusing with different time restraints at each level while consistently submitting the most recent medical evidence and releases. Each claim is unique, as was explained to me, and I was provided general timeframes that were accurate. I had to go on disability from work two years ago and was given third party representation for SSDI. Every time I would contact the company with concerns or questions I would get someone different which was really difficult to deal with and brought up my anxiety! After two denials and almost two yea...rs working with them and them telling me that I couldn't fill out return work history information or medical treatment forms to SSA I felt trapped. I talked with my case worker and we decided to fire that third party and get an actual lawyer. If it wasn't for Julie, I would have given up a long time ago. My case was for a closed period of disability and when we reached the hearing stage of my case it went so smoothly with the judge because of how thorough she was in preparing my case for the hearing. I would recommend contacting Julie to contact for SS Disability when you start thinking about filing. Very professional, to the point and knows what she is doing. Excellent experince and got me approved in 2 months with back pay. Talking with other people who have filed or tried I would recommend her... before waisting your time.
