I am the principal and founder of David A. Goldstein Co., L.P.A., a law firm located in Columbus, Ohio. The firm concentrates its practice in insurance defense, personal injury general litigation and collections for the State of Ohio.
I have been a practicing attorney for over 21 years, focusing on civil litigation for the past 17 years. My primary concentration of his litigation practice is Insurance Defense, personal injury and bad faith. I have been lead counsel in over 50 jury trials involving automobile accidents, civil rights, slip and fall cases, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and bad faith allegations.
