In the summer of 2006, Dan Mordarski opened the Law Offices Of Daniel R. Mordarski LLC. Along with his long-time paralegal and legal assistant, Dawn Minturn Mack, Mr. Mordarski resigned as a partner from one of the most prestigious litigation boutique law firms in Ohio. After practicing at the same firm for 12 years, Mr. Mordarski left the comfort and security of the established, powerful law firm and started his own law firm.
Mr. Mordarski has represented large global corporations, small “mom and pop” family owned businesses and ordinary individuals. Regardless of the size, power or wealth of the client, Mr. Mordarski’s goal has always remained the same: provide outstanding legal services to help clients achieve their objectives.
Mr. Mordarski’s practice includes various types of civil litigation as well as mediation and arbitration services and appellate advocacy.
