Biography
Attorney Aaron Kenter is a diligent advocate for Ohio landowners. Aaron represents Ohio landowners across the state in eminent domain cases against the Ohio Department of Transportation, Public Utilities, Municipalities, and Pipeline Companies. Additionally, Aaron represents landowners in a variety of land use matters, including negotiating oil and gas leases.
Recent representative matters include successful representation of a landowner group in oil and gas leasing negotiations against a large oil and gas company, representation of multiple landowners in binding arbitration to recover damages against a pipeline company that violated its easement terms with the landowners, obtaining a settlement six times larger than the condemning authority’s initial offer in an eminent domain matter, and obtaining a favorable jury verdict in far in excess of the condemning authority’s initial offer in an eminent domain jury trial.
Aaron earned his Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. Aaron is a current member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
