He was hired to represent my husband Charles and several of my children the past 12 years .Jim has always helped us even when we where short on money.In 2004 my son Charlie Hay ''Fuzz" was charged with assault.At the time he was on felony probation and a conviction on anything would have sent Fuzz to... prison he paid all the money he had to a local Att. Who did not give him much hope.Finally a week before trial Jim said he would take his case.The following week Fuzz went to trial with Jim by his side. The jury found him not guilty.Jim kept his word and never asked for any money for his work for Fuzz.Fuzz passed away March 20 2009 Jimm came to the funeral.I hope this gives you an idea what kind of person he is .And to this day We are good friends.
