OUTCOME: The Alabama Supreme Court ruled that the home owners were entitled to redeem, but that my client was allowed to recover more for redemption cost than originally allowed by the trial court.

The case dealt with redemption issues following foreclosure and whether the home owners had forfeited the right to redeem and what the true redemption cost to redeem should include under Alabama law.
