Because the mother would not agree with DHR; DHR took custody of the remaining children and placed them in foster care. After a three (3) day trial; the jury agreed with Mr. Armstrong that the step-daughter was making another false accusation and Mr. Leftenant was found NOT GUILTY and was released.

Mr. Earhart was accused of intentionally killing his three (3) month old daughter. The State of Alabama charged Mr. Earhart with Capital Murder where he was facing a sentence of DEATH PENALTY or LIFE ... WITHOUT PAROLE. My law firm tried, without success, to convince the Prosecution this was merely an accident. After a nine (9) trial, the jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY of Capital Murder, NOT GUILTY of Felony-Murder, NOT GUILTY of Manslaughter; and GUILTY of the misdemeanor offense of Criminal Negligent Homicide (an accidental homicide). After serving nearly three (3) years in jail, Mr. Earhart was released.

Mr. Oliver was accused by his three (3) teenage step-daughters of sexual abuse. Mr. Armstrong was able to provide the jury evidence the mother (his ex-wife) had manipulated the step-daughters to lie.

Mr. Foster was charged with Solicitation of a Child for Immoral Purposes, along with other sex offenses. The "alleged" victim in this matter was a minor under 16 years of age. Over a 48 hour period, ... the minor sent numerous texts to Mr. Foster lying about her age and other details in an attempt to make her appear older; claiming she was 24 years of age. Upon meeting with the minor, Mr. Foster realized the victim was under aged and the State of Alabama still charged him with sex crimes. Jury returned NOT GUILTY verdict. The jurors believed Mr. Foster was "entrapped" by the minor, even though entrapment applies usually to law enforcement agents.
OUTCOME: PREVIOUS DEATH VERDICT OVERTURNED
After serving 15 years on DEATH ROW, obtained new trial for Client. Jury returned 12-0 LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE verdict and Court followed verdict.
