ABC Alcohol License Violation
Jul 06, 2016OUTCOME: Obtained his alcohol license within 3 days.
A client purchased a restaurant and operated for 2 years without a state or city alcohol license. The ABC Board made him remove all alcohol and he was not going to be able to sell alcohol for 6-8 weeks ... until his case was heard in Montgomery. I worked with the ABC Prosecutor to allow him to pay a fine and he obtained his license and was able to sell alcohol 3 days later.
