He would not plead guil ... ty to DUI in District Court so they changed his charge to a felony Assault charge in an attempt to coerce a guilty plea on the DUI. We ultimately got the Assault charge dismissed because due to insufficient evidence and the DUI was reinstated. After a jury trial the jury was unable to reach a verdict and the judge declared a mistrial. The District Attorney dismissed all charges.
