I am an accomplished attorney with experience in claims investigation/handling, coverage analysis, insurance policy review, analysis and editing, legal research and writing, insurance litigation, negotiation, and contract preparation, review and analysis. I have prepared legal briefs and pleadings, in both civil and criminal cases, for trial courts, courts of appeal, and the Ohio Supreme Court, as well as for the Federal trial courts in Ohio.
