Biography
Chad K. Hemminger is a criminal defense attorney with The Hemminger Law Firm, LLC in Westerville, Ohio. Chad is a former Assistant District Attorney who now defends clients charged with OVI/DUI, traffic, criminal and juvenile delinquency offenses. Chad has a winning record at trial and handles cases in every common pleas court, municipal court and mayor's court throughout Columbus and the Central-Ohio area. In addition, Chad is often retained to travel and represent individuals in various municipalities and counties outside of the Columbus area. Chad lives in the City of Columbus and is very active in the Columbus, Westerville, Worthington and Delaware communities. Chad is President of Business Networking International's (BNI) Cap City Chapter in Worthington and previously served on the Board of Directors for LeaderSpark, a part of the United Way of Central Ohio. Chad also been actively involved in various volunteer and charitable causes throughout the Columbus area, including Life Care Alliance and the Columbus Cancer Clinic. In addition, Chad spends most of his spare time on the golf course, but has also completed four marathons, including the Columbus and New York City Marathons.
