I wouldn't recommend him. He has things so messed up for us. A few years back we had Eric draw up a Will. Eric had done my mother in laws will so we had him do ours.. Here he never followed up with this 80 plus year old lady that took the Will home thinking it was her copy. didn't bring the signe...d will back. Here my mother-in-law thought it was her copy and Eric thought she took it home to read it. So had we not gone in to have a Will, then we would not have known that she did not have a signed will. Now we are selling her home and none of the paperwork is right. He didn't follow through on anything that he had done. When we signed our papers I remember him saying that when my mother-in-law passes, give him a call and he will take care of everything for us! Huh!! That's a laugh

Did not keep you informed or explain the process during a divorce. Then proceeded to bill for double the amount of the retainer without letting me know that I was even out of my retainer funds. He also did the bait and switch and promised to help on things and then say that it cannot be done that way... later.
