Biography
Colin R. Beach is a founding partner of Walker Novack Legal Group and a highly motivated attorney who represents local and national clients in several diverse practice areas throughout the State of Ohio. In addition to an accomplished career in private practice, Mr. Beach brings a unique perspective to the firm as having spent a significant portion of his legal career as in-house counsel for the largest credit union in central Ohio.
Mr. Beach has extensive litigation experience in the areas of business contacts, default servicing, creditor’s rights, collections, foreclosures, bankruptcy, commercial and residential real estate, title insurance, domestic disputes, and employment law. Mr. Beach also has significant practice and consultation experience in the areas of credit union compliance and financial institution regulation, real estate sales and acquisitions, and small business formation.
Mr. Beach was born in Dayton, Ohio where he graduated from Butler High School. He earned his law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, and has an undergraduate bachelor of arts degree in political science from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.
