Chapter 13 Client

Our situation was unique. After initial review of our case with two other law firms and being turned down as clients, Nanette Dean agreed to take us on in a Chapter 13 case. Ms. Dean has represented us for the past 5 years. As situations arose she was readily available to answer any questions alon...g the way. Six months prior to scheduled end date of our case, we realized we had paid off our bankruptcy. Through Ms. Dean, we petitioned the court asking if our case could be closed early. Ms. Dean took care of everything! A court date was set; and through research and diliberation on Ms. Dean's part, we "won." We were able to end our bankruptcy. We would recommend Nanette Dean to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable lawer to represent them through their bankruptcy.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
