David Alan Ison

Since 1983, Dave Ison has provided customized personal and business legal services.  Based in Central Ohio, the office works with clients throughout the State of Ohio as well as clients located in California, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and other states.

A graduate of The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School, Dave Ison is admitted to the bar in the State of Ohio, and all federal courts in Ohio, including the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals as well as the United States Supreme Court. In the mid- 1980’s, Dave focused mainly on litigation, both defense and plaintiff work. However, his primary focus shifted toward personal and business planning in the mid-1990’s.

While still engaged in both plaintiff and defense business litigation, the practice expanded its focus in the areas of personal estate and business planning and protection as well as providing assistance in client’s wealth building and management.
