Nicolas C Oehler

As a corporate attorney passionate about helping my community, I use my skills and experience to partner with like-minded professionals, businesses, and individuals to drive positive change and make a meaningful impact on our community.

My professional journey includes a wealth of experience, spanning roles such as a law clerk, assistant prosecutor, judicial extern at the U.S. District Courts, and legal intern at GE Lighting. During law school, I was a certified legal intern, participating in the Civil Litigation Clinic and Transactional Clinic, while also serving as a Research Assistant. Before attending law school, I interned with a health system and worked at various charitable organizations, gaining valuable insights and skills that would shape my legal career.

I hold a Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law, graduating summa cum laude, and a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Bowling Green State University, also summa cum laude. I was published in the Akron Law Review and served as a Production Editor. I was awarded a Certificate of Achievement from the Supreme Court of Ohio and the Ohio Access to Justice Foundation for my pro bono work, and I received the 2020 Outstanding Senior in Public Health award from BGSU.

Currently, I focus my practice on corporate law, where I facilitate business transactions and advise clients on entity formation, governance, mergers, acquisitions, real estate, construction, and other general corporate matters.
