Licensed to practice law in Ohio state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
I have received over 100 hours of training involving the detection and prosecution of drug/alcohol-impaired drivers. Attended the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA) Basic and Advanced Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Programs, Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (A.R.I.D.E), Prosecuting the Drugged Driver, DUI Cannabis: Making the Case, and have taught two courses on drugged driving related issues.
While a prosecutor for the City of Columbus, I was the OVI Liasion with the Columbus Division of Police for the City Prosecutor's Office.
Formerly, a prosecutor in the felony Vehicular Crimes/ OVI unit for the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office. Currently, a prosecutor for the Licking County Prosecutor's Office.
