Shortly after closing a business deal that included rental units in a condominium association, it was discovered the association was not being run in accordance with State law. After consulting with Mr. Veley, he informed us of the ordinances the association was out of compliance with and was able t...o help establish a proper Board and also set up a plan for the collection of monthly condo fees. With his attention and direction, we have been able to run the Condominium Association as it should have been run since being established.
