I defend political subdivisions in various civil rights cases, including but not limited to: false arrest, false imprisonment, search and seizure, takings and due process.

I defend disrcimination and harassment cases at all stages, including before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. I also advise clients on employment related matters, including FMLA, medical records, termination and discipline.

I defend various clients in a variety of insured matters, such as auto accidents and construction litigation. I also represent insurance companies in coverage disputes and provide advisory opinions on coverage issues.

I typically defend creditors in adversary actions.
