I assist landowners or developers in ensuring their development desires come to fruition. I work with residential, commercial, office, industrial and mixed use projects in Union County and Central Ohio performing contract negotiations, site selection and planning, due diligence, land planning, governmental approvals and permitting, zoning approval and funding.

I assist clients in educating them on thier options, prepare the necesary documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorneys and living wills.

I work on civil litigation in a wide array of areas including contract disputes, Consumer Sales Practices Act violations, personal injury claims, boundary disputes, probate litigation and complex commercial litigation
