Every year we handle and file many H-1B, temporary work visa cases. Sometimes the H-1B applicants are in the United States on student visa or OPT and once the H-1B is approved their status changes from ... F-1 to H-1B. Other H-1B applicants are living abroad and have never been to the United States before. When their H1B gets approved they apply for visa at the embassy, and enter the United States to start working for the US employer.
