The first time I met Tom Martello was for a domestic violence case. He completely handled everything flawlessly and even offered his cell phone in case I ever felt in danger. The first thing I noticed was how very concerned and truly empathetic he is compared to other attorneys. I have also had the good fortune to be represented by Tom in 2 personal injury lawsuits. Yes, it's not lucky to have 2 accidents severe enough to have lawsuits, but in fact I was injured from a ride at King's Island, which has since been removed as well, prior to knowing Tom. I wish he had represented me for the King's Island case because I know he would have gotten me a far more equitable settlement. I really appreciated that Tom was always prompt in responding to phone calls and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain my options clearly and logically. Again, very unlike other attorneys that I would almost have to argue with their assistants to get a phone call back. He was able to settle both cases without having to go to court and I was very satisfied with the outcomes. I have also retained Tom for his knowledge and assistance in other legal matters. Tom is truly an outstanding attorney. I have highly recommended him to many friends and family.
