OUTCOME: Verdict for Ladd issued by Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. After a bench trial the Judge determined that a partnership did exist and that Planchak owed his half of the past expenses.

Planchak sued my client, Ladd, alleging that Ladd had converted funds used in a Florida real estate deal. We counterclaimed alleging that there was an oral partnership and that Planchak owed our clien ... t damages for the amount expended by our client for the upkeep of the property in the past.
