Biography
Judith E. Galeano (Partner) was born in New York, New York, and was raised in New York City and Toledo, Ohio. Ms. Galeano received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Toledo and her J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law, where she was the recipient of the DeArce Koch Scholarship. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Galeano served as the judicial clerk for the Presiding Judge of the Third District Court of Appeals. She concentrates her private practice in the areas of general civil litigation, employment discrimination law, labor law litigation, and domestic relations law. Ms. Galeano has represented clients before the U.S. Court of Claims, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, federal courts, state courts, as well as federal and state agencies. She is rated AV, the highest attorney rating, by the Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Directory. Ms. Galeano is a member of the Women Lawyers of Franklin County, the Inns of Court, the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association, the American and Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, a Board member of the Dublin Foundation and, formerly, a member of the Dublin Women in Business and Professions. Ms. Galeano was voted an Ohio Super Lawyer by her peers every year from 2009 - 2015. Ms. Galeano was also voted in Ohio Super Lawyers as one of the Top 25 Women Lawyers in Columbus, Ohio.
