Joseph Overstreet

Joseph Overstreet represents clients in a wide range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, dissolution, custody, and post-decree changes involving child support or spousal support. What sets Joe apart is his ability to handle the financial side of family law with depth and precision. With a background in taxation, employee benefits, and executive compensation, he is well equipped to address the issues that often arise in high-asset cases—complex asset and debt division, spousal support analysis, and the long-term financial impact of settlement terms. Joe’s goal is to give clients a clear understanding of what the numbers mean and how different legal options may affect their future. In addition to family law, he has extensive litigation experience across immigration, criminal defense, and civil disputes in state, federal, and administrative courts, which helps him stay composed and strategic when cases become contentious. Prior to joining the Law Office of Anthony W. Greco, Joe worked at a Big Four accounting firm in its Tax Department, focusing on international taxation and benefits-related matters. He earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Marshall University and later graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law with a focus on individual and business taxation. Outside the office, he enjoys travel, books, piano, and Cincinnati sports.
