I first found Mr. Pettys online when I was about to embark upon the arduous journey of obtaining conditional residency in 2012. Mr. Pettys was absolutely wonderful right off the bat, and my conditional residency card came through 4 months later. He always makes himself available to answer questions, ...even on weekends, via phone or email, which is greatly appreciated as I am a busy medical student and need a lawyer who can work with me despite my limited availability. I have now known Mr. Pettys about 2 years and have great confidence not only in his ability as a lawyer, but also in his capacity to reassure me when I am stressed or overwhelmed by the sometimes daunting USCIS forms and protocols. He is very professional, knew all the ins and outs when it came to the evidence I was required to submit, and meticulously went through every scrap of paper I sent him in order to compile a suitable application for USCIS. Jeff was there with through the entire Visa process. I can tell you this working with the Colombia immigration and legal process was a nightmare sometimes. Jeff kept me sane and got me results!
