My husband and I started the process for my K-1 Fiance Visa in May 2016. Since we were a little worried and anxious in regards to this tedious process, we knew that we would need some help to go through it. One sure thing was that we immediately felt relieved once we had talked to Jeffrey the first t...ime. Going through such a process might be a little complicated and also required a lot of your personal time. However thanks to Jeffrey, everything seems a lot smoother. Whilst most of our communication was through emails, Jeffrey was very detailed and thorough with his explanations; my husband and I only needed to gather some personal information and documentation while Jeffrey filled in our forms on our behalf. Once he was done with our paperwork, we were just asked to review everything carefully and then he would submitted it for us. He always took heed of each question or concern we had and in timely manner. To conclude this was a long process which required a lot of patience and dedication, that's why when thinking about it now, I know we made the right decision to hire Jeffrey because at the end of the day we felt more serene and relaxed throughout the all year. I cannot recommend Jeff Pettys enough. He guided my fiance and me though the K1 Visa process quite successfully. Jeff Pettys is a great lawyer and a great person. He is very honest and trustworthy. Jeff is a great immigration specialist. He efficiently and reliable delivered immigration documents, forms, answers to questions, and submittal receipts. We mostly communicated by email, which suit my preferences immensely, and made form documentation incredible easy. Now, thanks to Jeff, my partner... has all her documents completed and verified! It took us about 5 to 6 months for a K-1 Marriage VISA, U.S.-Brazil. The Green Card process within the U.S. took a little longer.
