I have utilized Mr. Petty's for two different services. First, he assisted in getting the K-1 VISA for my wife who was a foreign national working overseas where we met. It's important to note that Mr. Petty's was recommended to me by a colleague who had engaged Mr. Petty's for the same situation. ... The situation was complicated as we both worked overseas so we were not inside the USA, and she had two children (my stepsons). Mr. Petty's expertly crafted the documents, which is to be expected. What made us more happy with the experience was Mr. Petty's responsiveness - whenever I have called him on the phone he has personally answered the phone, or he has quickly returned a phone call - all of this despite the 9 hour time difference. Mr. Petty's constantly briefed us on all the processes, and basically held our hand until we received her visa. Two years later, I again engaged Mr. Petty's to complete the Adjustment of Status to my wife's and kids "green cards" and he handled it quickly and efficiently with the same level of customer service. Next month, I will engage Mr. Petty's a third time to complete the U.S. Naturalization process for my wife to become a U.S. Citizen - and I have every confidence in hiring him the third time. Moreover, as I do work with US Citizens and Non-US citizens overseas, I have had no less than four other friends who became involved with non-US partners - I referred all of them to Mr. Petty's for their immigration matters, and all of have expressed satisfaction thus far. While I can't speak to any thing other than immigration - for immigration Mr. Petty's is fantastic and I highly recommend him to anybody who may find themselves in need of an immigration attorney.
