Over the last twenty years since I graduated from law school, I have focused my practice on intellectual property matters.  I have worked in-house for both large and small companies.  I have worked at small and medium sized law firms.  In law firms, I have represented individuals, small businesses, large multi-national corporations, and even The Ohio State University.  My broad experience gives me breadth of understanding from all sides of a transaction, so I can counsel you on what the other side will be advocating for in a contract.

My goal is for you and your company to have the best possible intellectual property protection for you.  In some cases, this may mean hiring me to assist you with protecting your rights through patents, trademarks, copyrights, licenses, non-disclosure agreements, or other types of contracts.  In other cases, you may be able to protect your rights without my assistance.  Our collaborative effort will ensure that you have the most appropriate protection for you at your stage of business.
