I had a USCIS-approved O1 visa since June 2021 that got stuck in administrative processing at the US Embassy in Lima, where I traveled to get my visa stamped in March 2022. I am a student seeking my educations in US. I applied for a student visa in a foreign US consulate. Unfortunately, my visa was delayed unreasonably therefore I had to defer my application in my school many times due to clearance check. All my attempts for reaching out to my consulate were not hel...pful. In November 2020 I was interviewed for my J1 visa at the US consulate at my country of residence. I am still a Cuban national but with more than 11 year residence abroad.
