We hired Eric Coss as an attorney for two projects, and he was wonderful to work with on both. The first project was a real estate deal. We needed to enter into contract with a purchaser for a condo that we had already found. He was able to provide all of the documents necessary as well as any b...ack end real estate work in a very fast amount of time. On top of that, he saved us quite a bit of money vs. the typical method of selling a home. It was a seamless process, he made any adjustments & amendments to documents quickly, and we were able to enter into a real estate contract & close within about a month and a half. The second project we hired him for was our personal estate planning. We needed wills, power of attorney, and living wills. It took two meetings to get this accomplished, but it was honestly minimal effort on our part. He met with us the first time to understand our wishes for all parts of the documents that we wanted, including a trust & guardianship for our child. When he got everything written up, we reviewed it all in detail & signed everything in his office. Eric was great to work with, reasonably priced, and delivered exactly what we asked for every time. I would highly recommend using him, and we will certainly be using him for any other legal needs in the future.

Hired Eric to help walk us through the process of buying some property for a non profit. He was with us every step and every meeting we asked him to be at and helped write the contract and negotiate the terms. A great down to earth guy who didn't try to overwhelm me with legal terms but made things... as simple as possible for me. Will definitely contact again when/if the need arises!
