OUTCOME: Prevailed after trial. Client was awarded over 70 percent of proceeds of sale of house.

Represented the co-owner of a house in a partition lawsuit. Client had paid for the downpayment, mortgage, and taxes on the property. Second co-owner refused to negotiate or contribute to expenses.
