OUTCOME: Not guilty

Client was convicted of possession of less than one half ounce of a controlled substance. Client was with a large group of people at a party. The drugs were not on his person, but, were found on the ... living room table. The officers did not know who owned the drugs, so they just charged everyone in the room.
