OUTCOME: The Court found in favor of the General Contrator.

Subcontract sued General Contractor for a breach of contract claim. Prior to the trial, the General Contractor had offered to settle with the Subcontractor; however, the Subcontractor was seeking dam ... ages in excess of a million dollars. The outlook for the General Contractor was bleak until the discovery stage, when we found several e-mails that the subcontractor had sent stating that they intended to breach the contract.
