Disciplinary appeal case. Client was terminated from her employment with the state. Hearing officer held that the termination was not reasonable. The District Court overturned the hearing officer's dec ... ision. We appealed to the Nevada Supreme Court that held that the hearing officer's decision was correct and overturned the District Court decision reversing the Hearing Officer decision.
